Sugar cane prawn with glutinous vermicelli squares

Delicious minced prawns skewered onto sugarcane sticks. Infused with the sweetness of the sugarcanes, the secret prawn mince blend is perfectly seasoned to compliment the sticky vermicelli squares. The vermicelli is garnished with crushed peanuts and caremalised spring onions. And our recommended eating method? Pick up a piece of crisp iceberg lettuce, place a sheet of the sticky vermicelli on top, next a piece of the prawn (removing the sugarcane sticks), a plucking or two of some Vietnamese mint and finally DUNK all of the above in our light-sweet-chilli-lemon-garlic-fish sauce.
